He manages resources, drives process optimization, leads teams, and maintains high standards to deliver top-tier products or services. His commitment to continuous improvement and operational excellence keeps the company competitive in a fast-changing tech landscape.

Prodip Saha, PMP®, ACMP, has 18+ years in the Bangladesh & Indian IT sectors. Currently a Project Manager at ADDIE Soft Ltd., he has led key initiatives including BRAC Bank’s Agent Banking Solution, BRAC University’s Student Management System & Infra Project, and BRAC’s ERP Finance Cluster. Formerly, he led the MIS team at PRAN-RFL Group and held leadership roles at Agni Systems and Codemate. Recognized by PMI Bangladesh as “Project Manager of the Year” in 2024 & 2025, four of his projects also won “Project of the Year” awards.

As Head of Technology, he brings with him extensive systems engineering, software development and information management expertise from over 15 Years of experience. He holds MS in Computer Science & Engineering, is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and he relies on good governance and spearheads company’s PMO, processes and community-oriented activities.

Md. Tasaufur Rahman is a results-driven HR professional with over 14 years of comprehensive experience in HR operations, Tech HR, strategic HR, talent acquisition, employee relations, and policy development across leading organizations, including BRAC IT Services, TechnoNext (US-Bangla Group), Kazi Farms Group, Epic Group (CIPL), and BRAC Enterprises.

With leadership experience in IT solutions companies, he has successfully driven HR frameworks, employee engagement initiatives, training programs, Industry Academia collaboration, grievance management, and employee retention strategies—fostering people-first and high-performance workplace cultures.

With over 15 years of extensive experience, the Head of Accounts has played a pivotal role in managing core functions within the organization. A dedicated member of ADDIE Soft since its inception in 2007, he has built strong expertise in financial management, process optimization, and administrative operations. His strengths include budgeting, resource planning, risk management, compliance, team coordination, and streamlining workflows. Over the years, he has continually refined his skills, contributing significantly to the company’s growth and operational efficiency.

He has more than 15 years of experience in providing IT Services to a vast diversified client base. He has led multiple technology vendor selection processes, contract negotiations, and the subsequent implementations, managing multiple implementation partners and stakeholders throughout the projects. He is also responsible for overseeing updates and system testing as well as creating and updating training materials. He has provided his service to the company since the beginning & he is successfully continuing his endeavor with us.
