ADDIE Soft Ltd., a pioneer in digital transformation and education technology in Bangladesh, has been awarded two major consultancy packages under the Climate Resilient Local Infrastructure Centre (CReLIC), an initiative of the Climate Resilient Infrastructure Mainstreaming Project (CRIMP) implemented by the Local Government Engineering Department (LGED), Ministry of Local Government, Rural Development & Co-operatives.

Driving Digital Transformation for Climate Resilience
ADDIE Soft Ltd.’s assignments are strategically aligned with LGED’s digital transformation goals, focusing on transforming how climate knowledge, training content, and institutional learning are developed, managed, and shared.
The awarded packages include:
- Package S-1: Development, customization, and maintenance of the Knowledge Management System (KMS) (Package No: CRIMP/CRELIC/S-1)This engagement involves redesigning and modernizing LGED’s Knowledge Management System to enable structured knowledge capture, intelligent search, analytics-driven insights, and long-term preservation of climate and infrastructure data. The upgraded KMS will serve as a centralized digital backbone for evidence-based planning and policy formulation.
- Package S-4: Consulting Services for e-learning content development under CRIMP (Package No: CRIMP/CRELIC/S-4)Under this package, ADDIE Soft Ltd. will produce professional video documentaries, fact sheets, and convert technical training manuals into six animated and interactive e-learning modules, enabling scalable capacity building across LGED and its stakeholders.

Contract Signing Ceremony
The contract signing ceremony was held at the LGED office in Dhaka on the 13th of January, 2026 and was attended by senior officials from LGED and CReLIC, along with representatives of the selected consulting firms. ADDIE Soft Ltd. was represented at the event by Md. Shakib Rabbani, Managing Director; Md. Rezwan Ali, Director of Operations; and A.S.M. Rakibul Islam, Manager, Business Development.
The ceremony was also attended by key LGED and CReLIC officials, including Syeda Asma Khatun, Additional Chief Engineer, LGED and Director of CReLIC; Md. Abdul Khaleque, Project Director, CRIMP; Md. Latif Hossain, Executive Engineer, CReLIC; as well as other senior engineers and specialist consultants.
